Terms of Use
These terms cover bypanther.pro, including Panther Journal and Panther Knowledge (together, “the site”), run by Panther (“Panther”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site. Client work is governed by the written scope and agreement for that project; where those documents say something different, they take priority for that project.
1. What Panther is, and is not
Panther is a creative, development, technology and media provider. Panther designs and builds websites, web applications, brands, launch material and related technology for crypto and Web3 projects, and publishes editorial content through Panther Journal and Panther Knowledge.
Panther is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fund, custodian, token issuer or financial institution, and nothing on the site is a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
2. Nothing here is financial advice
Everything on the site, including Journal stories, Knowledge guides, case studies, comments and newsletters, is general information and opinion. None of it is personalised financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and none of it takes your circumstances into account.
Any decision to buy, sell, hold or interact with a token, protocol, wallet or platform is yours alone. If you need advice, speak to a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
3. Building for a project is not an endorsement of its token
Panther may design or develop websites, marketing assets, smart-contract integrations, applications or launch material for crypto projects, including memecoins. Doing that work, or showing it in the Work section of the site, means Panther was engaged to deliver a scope of work. It does not mean Panther encourages you to buy, hold or invest in that project’s token.
A project appearing on the site is not a guarantee of that token’s legitimacy, liquidity, safety, profitability or future existence. Panther does not control, and is not responsible for, how a project is run after delivery: its treasury, liquidity, contract permissions, communications or conduct.
Where the site notes that a project is a Panther product or a partner project, that is stated plainly. Panther does not present work it is involved in as independent third-party praise.
4. Crypto assets carry serious risk
Before interacting with any crypto asset or protocol mentioned anywhere on the site, understand that:
- Prices are volatile and can fall to zero. Memecoins in particular are highly speculative.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A mistaken address, a malicious contract or a signed approval cannot be undone.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited, and a project’s contract permissions (minting, pausing, taxes, blacklists, upgrades) may change after you buy.
- Liquidity can be thin, locked, withdrawn or non-existent, which affects whether and at what price you can sell.
- Wallets, recovery phrases and private keys can be compromised through phishing, malware, fake support, tampered devices or your own mistakes.
- Scams, impersonation and rug pulls are common. Verify contract addresses and official links from primary sources; Panther will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys.
- Laws on crypto assets differ by country and change often. You are responsible for compliance where you live.
Panther Knowledge publishes guides on several of these risks. They are educational, not a substitute for your own research.
5. Third-party projects and links
The founders, operators and token issuers of any project featured, mentioned or linked on the site are responsible for their own products, tokens, statements, disclosures, security and legal compliance, subject to the laws and agreements that apply to them.
The site links to third-party websites, explorers, launchpads, exchanges, wallets and social accounts. Panther does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or security. Opening a link is at your own risk; read that site’s own terms.
6. Panther’s intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the original material on the site is owned by Panther or used under licence. This includes the Panther name and logo, the Panther Journal and Panther Knowledge names and branding, the site’s design, layout and code, original artwork, illustrations, covers and images, editorial content, guides and the distinctive combination of all of these that makes the site recognisable as Panther.
Client work shown in the Work section belongs to its respective project or client, subject to the agreement for that project. Project names, tickers, logos and artwork remain the property of their owners and appear here to document the work. Third-party material, quoted sources and open-source software are used under their own terms and licences, which Panther respects.
Panther does not claim any trademark is registered unless it says so. Nothing here grants you a licence to any Panther or third-party intellectual property beyond the limited uses described below.
7. Copying, cloning and AI use
We want Panther to be easy to find and easy to cite. You may: read and share links to the site; quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source page; summarise Journal stories and Knowledge guides in your own words with attribution; index the site for search; and use AI or other tools to retrieve, cite and summarise public information from the site in ways the law permits, including fair use, fair dealing and lawful text-and-data-mining exceptions.
What you may not do, whether by hand or with AI-assisted tools, services or agents: reproduce the site’s design, layout, code, artwork, covers or branding to build a lookalike site; present a copy, clone or “inspired by” version of the Panther, Panther Journal or Panther Knowledge experience as your own or in a way likely to confuse people about who made it; impersonate Panther or Panther Journal; republish articles or guides in bulk, in full, or as a substitute for the originals; or strip attribution from our work.
These terms describe what Panther authorises. They do not override lawful uses, and they do not claim rights over work that someone created independently or over facts, ideas and general techniques, which nobody owns. If you want to license, syndicate or republish material beyond the uses above, ask first.
8. Security and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access any part of the site you are not authorised to use, including the admin area, or probe, scan or test its security without written permission.
- Disrupt or overload the site, its hosting, its forms or its feeds, or interfere with other people’s use of them.
- Scrape the site in ways that harm it, bypass rate limits, or harvest subscriber or reader data.
- Use the site, its name or its content for phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware distribution or any unlawful purpose.
- Post comments or submit forms containing unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing material, or impersonate any person or project.
Panther may remove content, block access or take other reasonable steps in response to misuse, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. If you find a security issue, please tell Panther privately through the contact channels below rather than publishing it.
9. Panther Journal and Panther Knowledge
The Journal reports and analyses crypto news, markets, launches and the people building them. Knowledge guides explain how things work. Both are research-based and written in good faith, with sources named where available.
Reporting is informational and may be updated, corrected or expanded as new evidence appears. Figures attributed to third parties are theirs, not Panther’s. Panther does not guarantee that any story or guide is complete, free of error, or still current when you read it, and does not guarantee the site will always be available. Corrections are welcome through the contact channels below.
Comments and reactions on stories are reader content. Posting a comment gives Panther permission to display, moderate, edit for length or remove it. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share. A comment is not endorsed by Panther and may be removed at any time.
11. Client services
Rates on the site are starting points. Every engagement is scoped, quoted and agreed in writing before work starts; that written scope and agreement, including payment terms, deliverables, timelines, revisions and ownership of deliverables, governs the project. Nothing on the site is an offer that becomes binding until Panther has accepted a project in writing.
Panther delivers creative, development and launch services. Panther does not guarantee market outcomes, token performance, trading volume, listings, audience growth or any financial result, and no statement on the site or in a proposal should be read as such a guarantee.
Where a project involves smart contracts, an independent third-party audit before mainnet deployment is recommended and is the client’s responsibility unless the written scope says otherwise.
12. Warranties and limits of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Panther makes no warranties about the site’s accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for any purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Panther is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including losses from trading, from interacting with any token, protocol, wallet or third-party site, or from any interruption or error on the site. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for Panther’s own fraud, and it does not limit the obligations Panther has accepted in a written client agreement.
13. Changes
Panther may update these terms as the site and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Panther at its place of establishment, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your own country give you additional rights, which these terms do not take away. Client agreements may specify a different governing law and forum for that project.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms, licensing requests, corrections and security reports: message Panther on X (@0xPnthr) or Telegram (@BlackPanther609), or use the contact form on the site.
